A generous wine, made from 100% Palomino Grapes, it is aged in Sanlucar de Barrameda in seasoned American Oak casks through ten scales on the Solera system. Extremely dry, with a soft balanced palate, it has a lingering finish with a characteristic salty tang. Best enjoyed whilst young and fresh.
