Barbadillo Fino is aged in the sheltered bodegas of Sanlucar where the flor isnt able to develop as strongly as it would in the Manzanilooa cask. This allows the wine to oxidise slightly in the summer and Winter months giving it an "earthy nuttiness". The fino spends five years in the Solera system which produces a pale straw coloured wine, with a fresh almond nose and dry finish,
