This wine is made by a collective of 40 growers in the Paarl region. They all insist on low yields and the wines benefit from the concentration of fruit that arises from their practices. The Cabernet Sauvignon is ripe, but has plumy blackcurrant richness and a fine finish. Good value and delicious wines.
