This wine is made in a winery located in the shadow of the imposing and magnificent Moorish garrison, the Castillo de Clavijo. The ruins are magnificent and well worth having a look at if you happen to be in the area, or look on the internet if you can’t make the journey. Alternatively you can also get a feeling of the Spanish countryside by making your way through a bottle or two of this lovely wine.
