Another year, another attempt to get you lot to buy some Alsatian wines…… Some of you took the plunge last year but not enough of you are stepping out of the comfort zone. The Pinot Blanc is fresh, dry and has a lovely style to it. Great as an aperitif or with fish and white meat. The Gewurztraminer is all it should be – ripe lychees style fruit with a dry and yummy finish. Great with spicy foods.
