• Wines are offered subject to remaining unsold.

• Orders are accepted subject to prices ruling at the time.

• All risks in the goods purchased passes to the buyer upon delivery. The title to the goods shall only pass upon receipt of payment in full. In the event of non-payment on these terms, Myndtown Wines reserves the right to enter any premises to recover possession of the goods

• Goods should be examined upon delivery and breakages notified immediately. Any claims not notified within 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
